North Myrtle Beach Chamber 8th Annual Dinner

April 4, 2008 -- The North Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce held its 8th Annual Dinner at the Surf Club in North Myrtle Beach on Friday evening, attended by Senator and Mrs. Dick Elliott, Mayor Marilyn Hatley, and other local dignitaries.

At the dinner, chamber leaders presented four prestigious awards to outstanding local citizens.

Recipents of the 2008 awards went to:

• Leslie McLamb, Ambassador of the Year
• Cakes by the Sea, Small Business of the Year
• Cheryll Wilber, Volunteer of the Year
• Jim Hulen, Distinguished Service
